Customer is the world’s largest office chair manufacturer

Problem Statement:

A furniture giant handed over a critical task to ITC Infotech of optimizing the design capability through localization and improving the product catalog. There were variations in designs at specific locations due to multiple local design standards. The unavailability of parts in BOM due to different geography posed a concern. Additionally, the challenge in understanding the designs is due to a lack of documentation & multiple PDM environment.
