Difficult as these past 6 months have been, our true north is to conduct ourselves in the best interest of our clients, while taking care of our employees’ health and safety. We were faced with an unprecedented situation and it truly tested our character, as leaders and as an organization.

The ITC and ITC Infotech partnership and the synergy arising out of that – I see as threefold.

  1. One is the very DNA of ITC Infotech, that comes out of ITC’s parentage – is linked to how IT is seen in the context of a business. So, I think that appreciation and consequently how the whole DNA is built – is one very clear way in which this link really helped.
  2. The second and a more obvious one is to do with, how the very diversified businesses of ITC really help ITC Infotech with an embedded view to develop deep domain expertise in those various industry verticals.
  3. And lastly, it also crafted a very unique position for ITC Infotech in the IT services industry. You know, ITC Infotech being not a very large IT services company, is extremely agile and very customer responsive. And this is some feedback that I’ve seen time and again for all of our customers.
