We also had the opportunity of bringing together the entire DxP Services employees from 14 countries as one global team.

ITC Infotech launches new Unified Engagement Platform

ITC Infotech continues to invest in its IT infrastructure and modernize the tools and processes to enhance employee experience. We have recently launched our new ServiceNow Unified Engagement Platform, Connect.

Connect is a next-gen platform that brings together various modules into one unified system. Employees can use the self-service portal to raise tickets and requests related to IT Support and HR Shared Services.

The platform enables employees to track the progress of their requests in real-time and stay updated on the status of their queries, ensuring timely resolution.

ITC Infotech has launched an exclusive skilling program for women in technology who are on a career break and looking to return to work. The program empowers women to pursue their career aspiration and return to the workforce with confidence duly reskilled/upskilled in chosen technologies. The program allows access to world-class online resources, and the blend of exclusively curated training and mentorship to help ace their tracks. The program is offered at zero cost to the participants. As a part of this initiative, candidates with minimum 3+years of work experience are put through 8 weeks of training in high-demand technologies like Data Engineering, Full Stack Java, Full Stack .Net. During this program, women will have the opportunity to upskill or reskill themselves in a contemporary learning environment leveraging ITC Infotech’s next-gen learning platform, LearningHub. On successful completion, the candidate can choose to apply for open positions in ITC Infotech with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

ITC Infotech Global Leadership Summit

ITC Infotech has organized the Global Leadership Summit in Bangalore on 9-10 March 2023, bringing together the entire sales team and the leadership team from Delivery and enabling functions as One Global Team with a theme “Orbit Next”. 160+ people participated in the summit where the participants had tremendous opportunities to interact and understand the strategic priorities of the organization as we began our voyage into the next orbit.

ITC Chairman, Mr. Sanjiv Puri addressed the audience through a live video conference. Our Vice Chairman, Mr. S Sivakumar was present in person to address the team. Mr. Nazeeb Arif, Executive Vice President, ITC Ltd. shared the initiatives undertaken by ITC in the sustainability area. The summit also showcased various capabilities and the larger ITC portfolio.

The 2-day summit was packed with many interesting sessions. We also had invited a few external speakers like PC Mustafa, CEO & Co-Founder – iD Fresh Foods, Remi Camus, a renowned French adventurer &, survival trainer and motivational speaker, Sunil Nataraj, a techie-turned mountaineer, who’s the first person from Karnataka who has conquered Mt. Everest. These speakers shared their inspiring personal stories of how they Think Big and Differentiate as they prepare themselves to move into the next orbit of their journey.

DxP Services Global Summit

ITC Infotech has organized the first DxP Services Global Summit in Bangalore in the first week of March 2023, bringing together the entire global employees from 14 countries under one roof as One Global Team. The summit witnessed 350+ employees working together through fun-filled sessions to get to know each other and understand the organizational culture and the strategic vision. Our Vice Chairman, Mr. S Sivakumar had shared the larger ITC group’s sustainability focus and interacted with the team.
