Business Challenge
The client, a large hospitality chain was using a traditional on-premises Delphi suite of products for managing its Sales & Catering functions (events and meetings). The set-up of fragmented applications at each hotel demanded higher maintenance costs, and, required enormous efforts for collating accurate business data points on time. As the hotel data lay in silos, it became immensely challenging to standardize business processes and get near real-time insights by integrating all data sources. As part of their digital transformation plan, they wanted to move the Delphi application from on-premises to the Delphi FDC cloud. The client wanted to partner with a vendor who has in-depth knowledge of Hospitality and experience in cloud transformation, specifically the integration between Opera PMS & Delphi, and, can deliver globally by working with a third-party vendor.

Leveraging two decades of hospitality experience, ITC Infotech team analyzed the customer application landscape and challenges and recommended migration of the standalone Delphi application to cloud-based Delphi.FDC.
- Designed the migration plan considering the complexity of multi-vendor & time-zone, which can be executed parallelly across different regions
- Collaborated with several stakeholders and vendors
- Setup and configuration of OXI followed by business process testing to ensure dataflow is flawless between Opera PMS and Delphi.FDC
- Migrated the On-prem database servers across the globe to the cloud and ensured zero damage
