Creating a digital blueprint for work from a workforce angle has always been a key area that we have been working towards. The persona concept is our take on creating a digital workforce by approaching automation from a ‘person-axis’. Taking this concept to different levels, we are looking at creating digital workers which are empowered roles in their own rights and digital assistants which help people ease bandwidth crunch by taking up rule-based repetitive tasks. In order to improve the work experience from an employee perspective, we are implementing the Digital Buddy program that aims to provide digital assistants to all our employees. This would help the employee to focus better on critical responsibilities and support him/her to multitask. We can thus empower organizational pools of talent by augmenting potential.

To supplement the experience, our automation experts use a variety of frameworks, toolkits and methodologies to aid discovery, design, innovation, delivery and support for automation initiatives along with well-defined and tested foundational instruments. Our technical capabilities span across a plethora of RPA technologies, coupled with AI-ML models, OCR based solutions for intelligent data processing and End User Computing solutions. In a nutshell, the ultimate goal is to introduce automation into the organizational DNA, equipping businesses for the new age workspace.
