1. Community Development Program - Support to School Infrastructure
Program Overview and Objective:
The program aims to enhance infrastructure and promote health and sanitation in schools. It focuses on developing a robust infrastructure, improving sanitation, and providing safe drinking water facilities. The goal is to make schools child-friendly and responsive to gender-specific needs.

Our Partners
In collaboration with ITC Rural Development Trust the following NGO partners were leveraged to implement the above mentioned activities:
- Water Sanitation and Hygiene Institute (WASH Institute), a registered non-profit organization established in the year 2008 is dedicated towards providing practical solutions to a wide range of water, sanitation, hygiene, and environmental issues
- Round Table India Foundation is a Trust formed in April 1980 with one of its aims to serve the community at large through the Round Tables of India. Education has been identified as one of the most important aspect of its CSR Programs
2. Enabling Quality Education
Program Overview and Objective:
The objective of the program is to primarily promote quality education, provide scholarship and educational support. In collaboration with the ITC Bhadrachalam Education Trust, this initiative supports the management and administration of Bhadrachalam Public School and Junior College, catering to the educational needs of the wards in and around Sarapaka town in the Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana.
Key Activities and Achievements:
Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert Certification
It is a premier program designed to support the professional development of passionate teachers within the community, enabling them to mentor students effectively.
Youth Ideathon
It is a four-stage competition offering exciting prizes, guiding students to identify societal problems and propose innovative solutions.
Kala Utsav
It serves as a platform for students to showcase their artistic talents to a broader audience. Participants engage in competitions and art festivals, displaying skills in dance, music, drama, and visual arts.
Aryabhatta Ganit Challenge
It is a national-level contest aimed at promoting mathematical and reasoning abilities among students. In the fiscal year 2023-2024, 458 students from classes VIII to X participated.
CBSE Heritage India Quiz
It is an annual event organized by CBSE to promote awareness and knowledge of India’s rich cultural heritage among school students. All students in grades IX and X are given the opportunity to participate in the quiz.
NCC Activities
The NCC program has instilled values of discipline, leadership, and social responsibility, fostering a sense of patriotism and service toward the nation. On October 1st, 2023, 150 NCC cadets participated in the Swachh Pakhwada by cleaning the school premises.
Co-Curricular and Extra Curricular Activities
Along with daily assemblies, various co-curricular and extracurricular activities are conducted at the inter-house level, such as Tangram, book review writing, collage making, drawing, clay modeling, short film making, spell bee, and kabaddi.
Workshops and Other Initiatives
A workshop was organised on the importance of computer science and digital literacy. Additionally, a math products “Kids Math Blaze” was launched to empower the children to love numbers and create a joyful environment for the number world.

B. Integrated Watershed Management Program
Program Overview and Objective:
The objective of the program is soil moisture conservation, improvement of agricultural practices, and women empowerment. Soil moisture conservation involves implementing techniques to retain soil moisture, which is crucial for sustaining crops, especially in arid regions. Improving Agricultural Practices initiative aims to promote sustainable farming techniques to enhance productivity and resilience against climate change. Women Empowerment activities focus on economically and socially empowering women. Training and capacity-building initiatives are provided to women, enabling them to improve their livelihoods.
