  • FlexPLM application was upgrade from older 11.1 to 12.0.3 version
  • Decommissioning of 10% customizations which are no longer required
  • Implemented new adobe design suite
  • Implemented new query builder reporting capabilities
  • Enhancements on BOM, Sourcing, Costing, Tech design were developed
  • Clean rehearsals and Dry run
  • Key resource additions at onsite during critical phases – Requirement, UAT, Go-live
