Sanjiv Puri

Sanjiv Puri joined ITC Infotech as the Managing Director in May 2006. He is also on the Board of ITC Infotech Inc. USA & ITC Infotech Ltd., UK. Prior to joining ITC Infotech, Puri was the Managing Director of Surya Nepal, a subsidiary of ITC Ltd. He was responsible for diversifying the operations of the company into apparel retail and exports, making Surya Nepal one of the largest private sector companies in Nepal. Puri joined ITC Ltd. in 1986 as a graduate engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and is an alumnus of Wharton School in Philadelphia..

Sunil Gupta

Sunil Gupta heads the BFSI cluster at ITC Infotech. Gupta has more than thirty years of experience in IT services organizations in India and overseas, in all facets of the software industry. In his stint of 11 years with TCS, he worked in different domains, platforms and areas of IT services. He was one of the first members of the Products Group, and played a major role in Banking Group and Healthcare practice. After spending about 10 years in Dubai, Gupta shifted to Enpro India where he transformed the company from a Y2K shop to a software house. He was EVP, at vMoksha, Bangalore prior to joining ITC Infotech. Gupta completed his Masters Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

V V Rajasekhar

V V Rajasekhar heads the Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing, Retail and Engineering Services cluster. He also leads the Enterprise Applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence /Data Warehousing (BI/DW) technology practices. Since joining the ITC Group in June 1989, Rajasekhar has participated in and lead several major IT initiatives across various business divisions of ITC. Prior to his current role at ITC Infotech, Rajasekhar was associated with the ITC e-Choupal project, the largest integrated rural digital initiative in India, transforming lives of more than 4 million farmers. Rajasekhar is an Electronics and Communication Engineer and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.

Khem Aithani

Khem Aithani heads the business units of Travel, Hospitality & Transportation and New Media & Key Strategic Accounts. He also leads Global Marketing for ITC Infotech. Since joining ITC Group in 1983, Aithani has worked across manufacturing and services businesses of ITC. Prior to joining ITC Infotech, Aithani was the CIO for ITC Hotels. He was heading the UK / European operations of ITC Infotech prior to moving to his current role. Aithani is B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and Post Graduate in Industrial Management & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He is a senior member of the Computer Society of India and All India Management Association.

Rakesh Batra

Rakesh Batra is the Chief Financial Officer of ITC Infotech. He also leads the Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives for ITC Infotech. Batra joined ITC in 1986. He has over 20 years experience in Financial Management, Strategic Planning, Treasury and Taxation in the consumer products manufacturing & marketing, and ITES spheres. His last assignment was as CFO of a start-up public limited company, which is a joint venture of ITC Infotech and Client Logic. Batra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Hons.) and F.C.A.

V. V. R. Babu

V. V. R. Babu is the Chief Information Officer of ITC Limited and has been working with ITC and its Group companies in the software division since 1979. In his previous assignment in ITC Infotech, Babu set up new vertical and horizontal Strategic Business Units, created focused account management organization structure and robust project management practices to ensure timely delivery of IT services to customers, and led the quality management initiative to achieve CMM Level 5 certification. Babu is an M.Sc.Tech in Applied Mathematics from REC Warangal and an M.Phil in Computer Science from Central University in Hyderabad. He is a senior member of the IT Committee of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), TiE Core Committee, IT Committee in the Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industries and Computer Society of India.

Hardeep Garewal

Hardeep Garewal is head of Strategic Account Management for ITC Infotech customers globally. He joined ITC as a management trainee in June 1988. Since then, he has been involved with the Sales & Marketing functions in the Tobacco Division of the company, including stints as Brand Manager and Group Brand Manager. He has spent a couple of years on deputation to British American Tobacco (BAT) in Romania and Israel in Sales and Distribution. Garewal headed the Business Development activities for the Europe prior to moving to his current role. He is a Chemical Engineer, B.Tech (Hons.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

L. N. Balaji

L N Balaji heads the US operations of ITC Infotech. He has been with ITC since 1985 and has held diverse responsibilities across different businesses of the company. His assignments include managing the company’s indirect taxation, coordinating and consolidating an integrated plan for the company, managing investor relations and serving in the office of the Chairman, ITC. He was responsible for strategizing and implementing growth through mergers and acquisitions prior to his current assignment with ITC Infotech. A Bachelor of Commerce form the Madras University, Balaji is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

S. Janardhanan

S. Janardhanan is the Chief Technology Officer - Technology Services & Quality at ITC Infotech. During his tenure, spanning over 28 years with the ITC Group, he has acquired wide range of experience in the demand and supply side of IT services. Prior to moving to ITC Infotech, he was managing the software development facility of Information Systems Division at ITC Limited. Janardhanan is a Post Graduate in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Sanjay V. Shah

Sanjay V. Shah is the Company Secretary of ITC Infotech. He has over 20 years of experience across various organizations. He has served as a member of the Chandrasekharan Committee set up by SEBI to deal with issues relating to transfer of securities, etc., and making appropriate recommendations. He holds a Bachelor`s Degree in Commerce from St. Xavier`s College in Kolkata and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

V. Sreenivasan

V. Sreenivasan heads the European operations of ITC Infotech. With over 21 years of experience in the IT industry, Sreenivasan has been responsible for creating customer focused delivery centers and incubating global delivery for ITC Infotech, since its inception. Prior to his current role, Sreenivasan was leading the consumer packaged goods, retail, manufacturing and engineering services practice of ITC Infotech. Sreenivasan is a graduate engineer in Electronics and Communication from Madras University and alumnus of Kellogg Management School, North Western University.

Anand Talwar

Anand Talwar is ITC Infotech`s global Head of Talent Management. Talwar has over 23 years of experience in the Talent Management function. He started his career as a Welfare Officer and subsequently spent the earlier part of his career in the manufacturing industry, where he handled various responsibilities encompassing human relations management, staff welfare and industrial relations. In 1996, Talwar shifted his career to the service industry and was instrumental in setting up a start-up company in the telecom space. He holds an MBA from the University of Rochester, USA and has keen interests in the areas of organizational behaviour and social service.
