The customer required its data center in the Americas to achieve SW-CMM Level 3 in 10 months. This was part of a global Process Improvement project which was designed into 19 work streams.

This required submitting a minimum of 4 projects for review and assessment, to an external certified CMMi auditor.

ITC Infotech was brought in to provide program management, implementation, process definition and improvement, and training to the customer.
