Complete integration of product development projects with material management, controlling and financial accounting.
JDF integration of EskoArtwork Backstage WorkflowServer with LRPackaging for bi-directional data exchange and status monitoring of prepress jobs with the digital prepress workflow.
Dynamic calculation of material input quantities for all raw materials, auxiliary materials and semi finished goods quantities as well as costs for external procurement with consideration of fix and proportional scrap, set up parameters, side trim (for width calculation), as well as fluid and dry recipe components.
Automatic calculation of material widths for films, paper and foils.
Automatic machine and performance determination using performance catalogues, fix and proportional scrap rules, setup and output reduction factors for all production steps and technical specification (e.g. max. reel diameter).
Multiple freight and warehouse cost calculation strategies subject to the sales terms, delivery and number of call-offs.
